With VIRTIO_F_MMIO_NOTIFICATION feature bit offered, the notification
mechanism is enhanced. Driver reads QueueNotify register to get
notification structure and calculate notification addresses of
each virtqueue.

With VIRTIO_F_MMIO_NOTIFICATION feature bit offered, the notification
mechanism is enhanced. Driver reads QueueNotify register to get
notification structure and calculate notification addresses of
each virtqueue.
