We've got some form of unexpected resolution dependent behaviour here, that
Intel doesn't show.

My target is always 60fps, to match the screen refresh rate of 60Hz.

On Fedora 15's versions of packages, 1024x768 is 60fps, 1920x1080 gets me
30fps, 1920x1200 gets me 20fps.

When I move to self-compiled git versions, 1920x1080 is now 60fps, but
1920x1200 is 30fps. This doesn't match my expectation from page-flipping; I
would expect there to be two framebuffers in memory, and to be swapping between
them, drawing as I go - resolution-dependent flip rates suggest that there's
some form of copying going on that isn't needed in Intel land.
