Is this move OK from a MTD point of view - should I apply this when the
rest goes in?  The patch was in prior versions too and is obviously
straightforward.

Is this move OK from a MTD point of view - should I apply this when the
rest goes in?  The patch was in prior versions too and is obviously
straightforward.
