If all means "all possible attributes" than it is unnecessary, for
example ext4 timestamps or volume uuid/label are rarely necessary.
We usually need together (as consistent set):

FS options (FSINFO_ATTR_CONFIGURATION)
VFS attributes
VFS propagation flags
