That's an anti-pattern vs static_keys, I'm thinking you actually want
static_key_slow_{inc,dec}() instead of {enable,disable}().

That's an anti-pattern vs static_keys, I'm thinking you actually want
static_key_slow_{inc,dec}() instead of {enable,disable}().
