These two drivers embed a i2c_client in their private driver data, but
only strict device is actually needed. Replace the i2c_client reference
with a struct device one.

These two drivers embed a i2c_client in their private driver data, but
only strict device is actually needed. Replace the i2c_client reference
with a struct device one.
