Hi Sachin/Rui,
"select CPU_FREQ_TABLE" should be there even if CONFIG_CPU_FREQ is
enabled. Only some governors enable it. See drivers/cpufreq/Kconfig
Also "depends THERMAL" should be there otherwise menuconfig
parent/child relationship is broken.
