These patches fix:
- multi line comment styling
- line over 80 characters
- macro definitions warnings by checkpatch.pl
- drops macros without any users
- Comparisons should place the constant on the right side

This patch series includes all the patches I sent for this driver to
show the correct order.

definitions.
1. macros with complex values should be enclosed in parentheses.
2. macros with multiple lines should be enclosed in do-while block.

I believe that new kernel style is to allow error strings to be longer
than 80 columns, so that they can be found more easily?

I don't think these are really an improvement over the current code, since
they still exceed 80 columns, unless it actually quiets the warning?  In
that case, the "DFID" part should be added to the same line as the rest of
the message, to match current coding style.
