I was wondering what was the status regarding the linux kernel patches
for virtio-fs?
Do you have a series ready on top of 5.5-rcX?

Hi Sebastien,

Its not ready yet. I was planning to work on it before start of holidays
but I could not. I am planning to work on it now. Will let you know as
soon as its ready.

Oh that's perfect! I did apply those patches, and after I took care of
modifying my "mount" command in the guest, virtio-fs still seems to
work like a charm.

I'll run FIO performance tests tomorrow, based on your test repo 
https://github.com/rhvgoyal/virtiofs-tests to validate everything's
alright!
