This patch moves the max_pfn_mapped and max_low_pfn_mapped global
variables to kernel/setup.c where they're initialized.

x86: move max_pfn_mapped and max_low_pfn_mapped to setup.c

This patch moves the max_pfn_mapped and max_low_pfn_mapped global
