Hello,
Can anybody give me some idea that how to set the wlan0 interface in
AP(MASTER) mode. I have tried but it couldn't help.

You didn't describe how you tried that. So if you described what you
were doing, others could have a chance to give you suggestions or try to
reproduce your problem.
I assume that you used iwconfig or iw instead of using hostapd. hostapd
is required for AP support in mac80211 base devices.
