Subject: [PATCH v8 08/18] KVM: X86: Introduce KVM_HC_PAGE_ENC_STATUS hypercall
Date: Tue, 5 May 2020 21:17:19 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <12a50d857773f74f25555e0985480fb565ec8438.1588711355.git.ashish.kalra@amd.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <cover.1588711355.git.ashish.kalra@amd.com>

From: Brijesh Singh <Brijesh.Singh@amd.com>

This hypercall is used by the SEV guest to notify a change in the page
encryption status to the hypervisor. The hypercall should be invoked
only when the encryption attribute is changed from encrypted -> decrypted
and vice versa. By default all guest pages are considered encrypted.
