Commit 5dc5f36 removed the support for B2 board,
which was the last S3C44B0 SoC board.

These series of patches remove s3c44b0-specific
code and drivers:

  - arch/arm/cpu/s3c44b0/*
  - arch/arm/include/asm/arch-s3c44b0/*
  - drivers/i2c/s3c44b0_i2c.c
  - drivers/serial/serial_s3c44b0.c
  - drivers/rtc/s3c44b0_rtc.c

Because commit 5dc5f36 removed B2 board support,
arch/arm/cpu/s3c44b0/* and arch/arm/include/asm/arch-s3c44b0/*
are not necessary anymore.
