* [PATCH] regulator: core: Split devres code out into a separate file

Cut down on the size of core.c a bit more and ensure that the devres
versions of things don't do too much peering inside the internals of
the APIs they wrap.

Probably, though all the users should have pulled in the regulator API
headers.
