* [PATCH 3.14.y] fs: take i_mutex during prepare_binprm for set[ug]id

From: Chas Williams III @ 2015-04-29 15:03 UTC (permalink / raw)
  To: stable

From: Jann Horn <jann@thejh.net>

Backport of upstream commit 8b01fc86b9f4 to 3.14.y

This prevents a race between chown() and execve(), where chowning a
setuid-user binary to root would momentarily make the binary setuid
root.

This patch was mostly written by Linus Torvalds.

Fixes: CVE-2015-3339
