Backport of SeaBIOS changeset 3b8c53

Hello,

I would like to request the backport of the following SeaBIOS commit to
the master branch of the SeaBIOS repository used by Xen unstable (this
is AFAICT the only one that requires this build fix).

    build: fix typo in buildversion.py

    Fixes the following build error:

      Building ld scripts
    Traceback (most recent call last):

        main()
      File "./scripts/buildversion.py", line 114, in main
        cleanbuild, toolstr = tool_versions(options.tools)
      File "./scripts/buildversion.py", line 90, in tool_versions
        vers[isbinutils] = "mixed"
    NameError: global name 'vers' is not defined
    Makefile:160: recipe for target 'out/romlayout16.lds' failed

Without this build fix it's not possible to build SeaBIOS on systems
with mixed toolstacks.

The best way to achieve this would be to wind Config.mk forward to 44250252
(the current tested version from the seabios branch in osstest).

Could you send such a patch please.
