This patch adds the return value which needs the check and
prints the error message when it fails.

This patch removes the error reported by smatch.
 - wilc_wfi_cfgoperations.c:674 scan() error:
   potential null dereference 'strHiddenNetwork.net_info'.  (kmalloc returns null)
 - wilc_wfi_cfgoperations.c:1164 add_key() error:
   potential null dereference 'g_key_gtk_params.key'.  (kmalloc returns null)
 - wilc_wfi_cfgoperations.c:1201 add_key() error:
   potential null dereference 'g_key_ptk_params.key'.  (kmalloc returns null)

This patch moves DEBUG, INFO, WRN and ERR values to wilc_debugfs.c file
because this is only used to wilc_debugfs.c file.
And, removes unnecessary WILC_DEBUGFS and else-case variables.
