This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    net/mlx5: Check FW limitations on log_max_qp before setting it

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     net-mlx5-check-fw-limitations-on-log_max_qp-before-setting-it.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

When setting HCA capabilities, set log_max_qp to be the minimum
between the selected profile's value and the HCA limitation.
