    PACKAGECONFIG
  ackagegroup-*-qte: use qtdeclarative-qmlplugins instead of -plugins
  toolchain-gcc: update preferences to current versions
  arago-prefs: prefer latest libnl version
  arago-prefs: update gstreamer preference to 1.10.4
