Change the Northstar Plus Kconfig to select THERMAL and THERMAL_OF,
which allows the ns-thermal driver to be selected via menuconfig.

Change the Northstar Plus Kconfig to select THERMAL and THERMAL_OF,
which allows the ns-thermal driver to be selected via menuconfig.
