i got the reply from our vlsi members that rx and tx doesn't make sense 
to meson NFC timing. so previous commit about this should be wrong.

i got the reply from our vlsi members that rx and tx doesn't make sense 
to meson NFC timing. so previous commit about this should be wrong.
