fix build error (GCCPIE is unset):
EXTRA_KLIBCAFLAGS=${SECURITY_CFLAGS} -Wa,--noexecstack
EXTRA_KLIBCLDFLAGS=${@-z relro -z now -pie if else } -z noexecstack
