Add EDAC ECC support for ZynqMP DDRC IP. The IP supports interrupts for
corrected and uncorrected errors. Add interrupt handlers for the same.

Add EDAC ECC support for ZynqMP DDRC IP. The IP supports interrupts for
corrected and uncorrected errors. Add interrupt handlers for the same.

Add EDAC ECC support for ZynqMP DDRC IP. The IP supports interrupts for
corrected and uncorrected errors. Add interrupt handlers for the same.
