The patch below does not apply to the 4.14-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

Subject: [PATCH] RDMA: Verify port when creating flow rule

Validate port value provided by the user and with that remove no longer
needed validation by the driver.  The missing check in the mlx5_ib driver
could cause to the below oops.
