This is second part of patchset
"Fix spinner 48b + add I915_MMAP_OFFSET_FIXED tests"

without patch for close-race, e.g. changes in 
gem_mmap_offset (patches 005-010 and 0012).

We do not tolerate leaking stale information in newly created objects, so
make sure the test covers all memory regions.
