* APIC problems with PlatiniX8/333 QDI mainboard

Hello.
I'm having problems with kernel 2.4.21 with the latest ACPI patches 
(acpi-20030619). Here is the output of dmesg. Below I've also included the 
output of dmesg with ACPI disabled (acpi=off). I've also tried passing the 
option pci=noacpi but apparently nothing changes.
The mainboard is a Platinix 8/333 with Intel 845GE chipset.
