I did but the problem still occurs. After some packet transmission the link breaks and I have to unplug and plug back the dongle. Or to rmmod usb-ohci; modprobe usb-ohci.
What is wrong?

I'm using 2.4.27 with bluetooth support compiled as modules. The hci_usb is compiled with SCO support.
The lsmod gives:
bnep 8500 1
l2cap 15952 2 [bnep]
hci_usb 8504 1
bluez 29092 3 [sco bnep l2cap hci_usb]
usbcore 61452 1 [usb-ohci hci_usb]
fealnx 10288 2
mii 2368 0 [fealnx]
crc32 2848 0 [bnep fealnx]
I have tried bluez-libs & utils 2.7 and 2.10 (currently) as well.
Regards
Elias

don't try other packet types. Leave them all on. The link manager will
use the right one. What kernel do you use? Is the hci_usb driver
compiled with SCO support?

Hi,
I am using Slackware 10 with bluetooth support compiled as modules and bluez-libs-2.10 & bluez-utils-2.10. My box is an Athlon AMD K7 600MHz and the motherboard is Gigabyte 7IXE.
I can;t get bluez to work properly. After some packets transmission the link breaks down and I have to unplug the dongle and plug it back again. It happened once to load the uhci (or usb-uhci) module and the PAN worked fine. However it is impossible to load these modules in the new distribution of Slackware, so I have to use usb-ohci instead.
I can't find out the source of the problem..
Please help
regards
Elias
