[patch] Giving the reins over to Dmitry

Hi!

I haven't been very actively maintaining the input layer in past months,
mostly because of my lack of time to concentrate on that. For that
reason, I've decided to pass the maintainership of the Linux Input Layer
to Dmitry Torokhov, whom I trust to do the job very well.

Thanks, Vojtech.  Hopefully you'll still have bandwidth to provide us with
guidance on future work.

I guess this means that I should drop http://www.ucw.cz/~vojtech/input/
from the -mm lineup?

All of the above have been merged quite some time ago. Do you see anything
missing?

Some of those look pretty good, hopefully Dmitry will pick them up?
Specifically...

    hid-variable-max-buffer-size.diff 
    hiddev-sync-after-report-write.diff 
    hid-no-unplug-on-success.diff

...are interesting to me.
