The patch titled
     schedule obsolete OSS drivers for removal, 3rd round
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     schedule-obsolete-oss-drivers-for-removal-3rd-round.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
