The patch titled
     drivers/telephony/ixj: Convert to generic boolean
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-telephony-ixj-convert-to-generic-boolean.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Convert:
BOOL  -> bool
FALSE -> false
TRUE  -> true

Change a variable ('mContinue') to boolean from char, since it is used
as boolean.
