The patch titled
     kvm: optimize inline assembly
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kvm-optimize-inline-assembly.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Forms like "0(%rsp)" generate an instruction with an unnecessary one byte
displacement under certain circumstances.  replace with the equivalent
"(%rsp)".
