The patch titled
     ps3: AV Settings Driver
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ps3-av-settings-driver.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Add the PS3 AV Settings Driver.

The AV Settings driver is used to control Audio and Video settings.  It
communicates with the policy manager through the virtual uart.
