The patch titled
     sysctl: ipmi: remove unnecessary insert_at_head flag
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sysctl-ipmi-remove-unnecessary-insert_at_head-flag.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
