The patch titled
     consolidate asm/const.h to linux/const.h
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     consolidate-asm-consth-to-linux-consth.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

------------------------------------------------------
Subject: consolidate asm/const.h to linux/const.h
From: Randy Dunlap <randy.dunlap@oracle.com>

Make a global linux/const.h header file instead of having multiple,
per-arch files, and convert current users of asm/const.h to use
linux/const.h.

Built on x86_64 and sparc64.
