Is there some reason you send this to security@kernel.org?
confused,

Greg,
We'd like to export security_inet_conn_established() from
security/security.c.
Thanks.
Karen

Ok, then you need the linux-security-module@vger.kernel.org address,
which is where the linux security interface maintainer and developers
are at. security@kernel.org is the kernel's "security team" address
where vulnerabilities and other potential problems are reported and then
fixed.
thanks,
greg k-h
