After few tries I can come with pretty simple but pretty strange solution:

Subject: [PATCH] USB: unbreak recursive dependancy

After addition of TMIO usb driver Kconfig sees the recursive dependency
Break it by rephrasing ARCH_PNX4008 OHCI deps.
