Now that the quota code is growing more and more files in fs/, can you
please create a subdirectory for it?
And while we're at it, what's the chance to get rid of all the DQUOT_*
macros that just define to better names functions with lowercase names?

OK, sounds fine. I'll do that as soon as Mingming's quota reservation
patches get into some stable shape.

Yes, the only thing needed is proper search-and-replace through all
filesystems. I'll do that as well and probably also a few other cleanups
Andrew has suggested while we are at it.
