Update my contacts in maintainers

Update my contacts in maintainers

[Pavel Machek]

My @suse.cz address will stop working some day, so put working
one into MAINTAINERS/CREDITS. It would be cool to get this to
2.6.29... it should not really break anything.

I wasn't planning to flush current trivial queue before 2.6.29 is 
released, but I agree that this should go in.

Andrew, will you take it? (don't see it in mmotm-2009-02-18-02-15, that's 
why I am asking).

Yep.  I push MAINTAINERS and documentation patches real fast.  I don't
even compile-test them ;)

I'm a few days backlogged at present, sorry.   Probably because of the rain - I
really should move the computer indoors.
