The patch titled
page allocator: do not sanity check order in the fast path
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
     page-allocator-do-not-sanity-check-order-in-the-fast-path.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a

Subject: page allocator: do not sanity check order in the fast path
From: Mel Gorman <mel@csn.ul.ie>

No user of the allocator API should be passing in an order >= MAX_ORDER
but we check for it on each and every allocation. Delete this check and
make it a VM_BUG_ON check further down the call path.
