I am working on a RTNL_LINK interface for bonding. These are
small internal changes that making doing that easier. Plus they
make bonding devices more like other usages.

bond_create() is always called with same parameters so move the argument
down.

[-- Attachment #1: bond-setup-work.patch --]
[-- Type: text/plain, Size: 10901 bytes --]

Need to rework how bonding devices are initialized to make it more
amenable to creating bonding devices via netlink.

The changes are:
   * bond_setup - callback from alloc_netdev
   * bond_init  - callback from register_netdevice
   * bond_uninit - callback from unregister_netdevice
Sysfs entries are now created/removed via workqueue.

Resolves possible race conditions with module removal and bond_destructor
through sysfs.

These don't apply cleanly to current net-next-2.6, could you
please respin them?

Thanks!
