These patches are the result of various cleanups in the tracing
subsystem: algorithms simpifications, and various trace.c to tracer
files moving.

print_graph_cpu() is little over-designed.

And "log10_all" may be wrong when there are holes in cpu_online_mask:
the max online cpu id > cpumask_weight(cpu_online_mask)

So change it by using a static column length for the cpu matching
nr_cpu_ids number of decimal characters.

The function graph tracer used to have a protection against NMI
while entering a function entry tracing. But this is useless now,
this tracer is reentrant and the ring buffer supports the NMI tracing.
We can then drop this protection.

The trace_function() helper which inserts the function events into
the ring buffer is currently in trace.c
But this file is quite overloaded and the right place for this helper
is in the function tracer file.

Then move it in trace_functions.c

Make the stacktrace event insertion helpers globals.
This has two effects:

- Prepare for moving the sched events insertion helpers to
  the sched switch tracer file.
- Move some ifdef outside function definitions

The function graph events helpers which insert the function entry and
return events into the ring buffer currently reside in trace.c
But this file is quite overloaded and the right place for these helpers
is in the function graph tracer file.

Then move them to trace_functions_graph.c

Ingo,

This new shot fixes the build errors you've reported after testing
the first version.
The fact is that the trace_function() helper is not only used by the
function tracer but also by various other tracing callsites.

Instead of keeping it in the function tracer file and paint it
with messy #ifdefs, I think it's better to keep it in the generic
trace.c because it's actually a general helper for various tracers.

I've then zapped the trace_function() moving in the third patch but kept
one of its side effects necessary for the function graph tracer helpers
moving: the ftrace_cpu_disabled var globalizing.

This series also gained a new patch that shuts down a warning in
trace_events.c

print_graph_cpu() is little over-designed.

And "log10_all" may be wrong when there are holes in cpu_online_mask:
the max online cpu id > cpumask_weight(cpu_online_mask)

So change it by using a static column length for the cpu matching
nr_cpu_ids number of decimal characters.

The function graph tracer used to have a protection against NMI
while entering a function entry tracing. But this is useless now,
this tracer is reentrant and the ring buffer supports the NMI tracing.
We can then drop this protection.

The sched events helpers which insert the sched switch and wakeup
events into the ring buffer currently reside in trace.c
But this file is quite overloaded and the right place for these helpers
is in the sched switch tracer file.

Then move them to trace_functions.c

The function graph events helpers which insert the function entry and
return events into the ring buffer currently reside in trace.c
But this file is quite overloaded and the right place for these helpers
is in the function graph tracer file.

Then move them to trace_functions_graph.c

If we disable modules, we get the following warning in ftrace events
file:

kernel/trace/trace_events.c:912: attention : ‘remove_subsystem_dir’ defined but not used

remove_subystem_dir() is useless if !CONFIG_MODULES, then move it to
the appropriate #ifdef section of trace_events.c
