Doberdan, Milan Broz.
Thank you for your work. I have started to use SLED_10_SP3 on a production machine. That is why I am careful with updates of cryptsetup when the updates are outside the SLED-packages. - I'll look forward for the next release.
Thanks so far.

(like whirlpool hash is available in gcrypt >=1.4, there is 1.2 available etc)
But there should be also check for luksSuspend/Resume availability in kernel,
so I'll fix this in next release.

Hi,
the program you're looking for is called subversion. Search for that
and you'll definitely find it at YaST.

Felix

I meant current devel code
http://code.google.com/p/cryptsetup/source/checkout
(you have to run autoconf there. Or wait few days for 1.1.1 release)

I have no access to SLED10 currently, but it is possible that only test is broken
because of unsupported IV option - can you try this change?
http://code.google.com/p/cryptsetup/source/diff?spec=svn201&r=201&path=/trunk/tests/apitest.c
The test were written primarily for maintainers, so it is quite possible that it fails on some old system,
but I'll try to fix them in next release.

What do you mean by "svn Snapshot"?
Don't understand the expression, I am probably a too weak newbie in this game.
I have by the way ended all attemps of make install until it is 100%. I dont dare to mess up my SLED10, but in case I later should or ought to update I will do it on Your recommendation. So far the cryptsetup 1.0.3 works fine and smooth for me.

That's test that gcrypt is properly initialised, strange it fails, seems like it uses wrong libcryptsetup...
can you try svn snapshot first - does it work?
But the tests are not properly integrated yet in Makefile/autoconf,
I wrote them to verify new library API/old calls compatibility but not finished integration in autoconf.
(There are hardcoded loop names etc., another old tests are directly in makefile run by "cd tests; mate test; ...)

OS = SLED 10 Service Pack 3
./configure and make commands went in the end both failfree as far as I could notice, after I had to install different develope-packages along the course of repeatedly failed ./configure's. But not make check:
make check as root went like this:

I know that the README files of dazuko points out different traits like this for SuSE:
./configure --disable-local-dpath --disable-chroot-support --enable-syscalls --mapfile=/boot/System.map-2.6.16.60-0.54.5-default
But I am not sure if this is relevant here.
By the way, there could be insufficient sources following my SLED_10_SP3 because it is impossible to get dazuko installed (./configure runs OK, but not make). Otherwise it could be some specialties with the SuSE ENTERPRISE distro. This info just in case it could mean something to you.
QUESTION: Have anybody anything to say about the make check <cryptsetup>? How do I solve it?
