Still staging stuff but knocked out some of the problems.


Fix most of the stuff that Dmitry pointed out. This leaves the mutex in IRQ
and misuse of SPI to sort out.

Also fix the build bits so it actually builds in staging - whoops.

Looks better, thanks for making the changes. I wonder if switching to
threaded IRQ willnot fix all this ugliness in pendetect implementation.

Alan,

Here are some updates to the driver on top of your patch. If this works
then I think we could move the driver out of staging; divorcing it from
SPI bus can be done at a later time.

There are a couple of XXX/FIXMEs left in the code, it would be nice if
you could check them. And of course the main question is how badly I broke
this thing - i do not have the hardware to verify...

Changes:

 - switch to use theaded IRQ
 - more __devinit/__devexit annotations
 - rely on input core to remove jitter from events
 - global pointer removed
 - NEC/MAXIM/Freescale handling factored out

What tree did you make this against?  I can't seem to apply it to mine,
