Subject: [isci PATCH v2 15/18] libsas: drop sata port multiplier infrastructure
Date: Sat, 10 Mar 2012 23:29:01 -0800	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20120311072901.6320.11263.stgit@dwillia2-linux.jf.intel.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20120311072518.6320.61717.stgit@dwillia2-linux.jf.intel.com>

On the way to add a new sata_device field, noticed that libsas is
carrying port multiplier infrastructure that is explicitly disabled by
sas_discover_sata(). The aic94xx touches the unused port_no, so leave
that field in case there was some use for it.
