ASUS UX31E - boots happily without this driver, enable the driver and it
goes boom with an error in ..start_tx.
Is this a known problem or should I try and grab a full trace ?

Sorry, what do you mean with ..start_tx? Is it a function?

This is the first time I have heard such a problem so a stack trace
would be most helpful.
Do you know what ar600x device the Asus has?
