Its not reproduceable, it seems the USB soundcard had nothing to do with it.

However today I got another OOops after resume.
With 2.6.31 suspend/resume worked completly flawless.

I'll reassign it to DRM.  It looks like obj->dev was NULL in
drm_gem_vm_close().
