The patch titled
     Subject: resource-make-sure-requested-range-intersects-root-range-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     resource-make-sure-requested-range-intersects-root-range-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into resource-make-sure-requested-range-intersects-root-range.patch
