[PATCHv2 2/2] omap5-evm: Add OMAP5 EVM configuration

* Add the machine configuration for the OMAP5 EVM device.
* Create the omap-a15.inc file to be shared with all OMAP
  Cortex-A15 derivative devices.

Can we put all these settings for xserver and/or touchscreen in the 
omap-a15.inc file, like I did for all the other machines recently?
