Hi guys,

I've clean installed Win7 32 bit under Xen 4.4 - then tried to install
the gplpv drivers from:
	http://www.ejbdigital.com.au/1-0-1100/

Every boot from then on results in a blue screen in xenvbd.sys.

Has anyone come across this? more importantly, solved the issue?

Someone else reported this but I never got an answer to some questions I asked.

I don't have x86 media on hand, but it's probably a regression on the 32 bit side of things - can you test with x64 to confirm that it's only 32 bit that's broken and not something else?

Sadly I don't have a 64 bit media handy... Is there anything specific I
can provide to assist?

FYI: Official Windows ISO images (trial) can be downloaded from Internet.. google and you'll find the direct links to download servers.

Hi,

i can confirm that the bluescreens only happen on 32bit systems. I
have tested driver versions .1089 .1092 and .1100 on 32bit and 64bit.

Is there additional information that might help you?

I can also confirm it is only a problem in the 32 bit drivers. I grabbed
the trial 64 bit ISO and the gplpv drivers worked perfectly.

I've had internet problems the last week or so but have finally managed to download a copy. I'll test it ASAP.

After a succession of internet and server problems I finally have a 32 bit VM (Win 8.1) up and running. It froze once before I even got to start install PV drivers, but seems okay now.

Having installed PV drivers though, I can't get an error so far? Should I be trying Win7?

I didn't try windows 8, only 7 with and without SP1 rolled in.

Could it be a Windows 7 only issue?
