I have a feeling xhci_late_csc_clear_quirk() is a better name, much more
descriptive than xhci_try_to_clear_csc() :-)

I have a feeling xhci_late_csc_clear_quirk() is a better name, much more
descriptive than xhci_try_to_clear_csc() :-)
